In honor of Black History Month 2019 #BlackHistoryMonth2019 Black-Patents.com has curated a collection of 65 digitally re-mastered poster size prints of black inventor patents. This is the first and largest collection of black inventors and patents assembled online and available for purchase.
Original patent artwork submitted by black inventors, dating back to the early 1800's, were digitally enhanced and re-mastered with integrity, printed on enhanced matte poster paper with archival ink, and offered in two (2) sizes: 12x18” and 24”x26”, and can be ordered framed or print-only.
Mark Hill, black-patents.com lead designer, states; “This massive collection only touches the surface of black inventors who submitted patent protection for their inventions”. Due to the precise re-mastering process, Black-Patents.com goal is to add additional black inventor patents, as well as detailed biographies of each inventor. Customers and visitors are encouraged to submit black inventor notes and references and can request black patents not currently available on black-patents.com. Hill adds, “ There’s so much history about black inventors it can now be unearthed without a hunt. It’s fascinating learning how black inventors, both old and new, made a huge lifestyle impact and a difference in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) fields, as well as other innovated products. I’m honored to have helped bring black-patents.com's vision to fruition. It’s work still in progress, and I’m hoping it will never stop”.
